Built on Character

People you'd trust with your house keys.

Transformed was founded by Chad Tabor — a U.S. veteran — and is led alongside co-founder Cody Hawkins. Together they've built the company on Christian values, strong character, and exceptional customer service, with over 20 years of construction experience behind the work.

We take pride in clear communication, dependable workmanship, and standing behind every project. Whether we're restoring a home after water damage or transforming it through renovation, our goal is simple: exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.

Good to Know

Answers before you start.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost in DFW?

Most mid-range bathroom remodels in the DFW area run roughly $15,000–$35,000, and kitchen remodels typically range from $30,000–$80,000+, depending on size, scope, and finishes. After a free in-home consultation, we give you a clear, written estimate. No surprises, no vague "contact us for pricing."

How long will my project take?

A bathroom is often 2–4 weeks; a kitchen 4–8 weeks; whole-home renovations vary with scope. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated weekly so you always know what's next.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Transformed Construction & Restoration is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We're happy to provide documentation before any work begins. It's part of doing things the right way.

Do you handle permits?

We do. When your project requires permits, we pull them and coordinate inspections so the work is done to code. You don't have to navigate the city paperwork. That's our job.

What's your process from first call to finished project?

It's simple: a free consultation to understand your goals, a clear written estimate and scope, scheduling and material selections, construction with weekly updates and a single point of contact, and a final walkthrough to make sure every detail is right before we call it done.

What's it like to work with you?

We're going to shoot you straight. As Christians, we believe we're called to be good stewards of all that God has entrusted to us, and we know this company isn't really ours. That means as much transparency as we can give and open communication from the first call to the final walkthrough, so you always know where things stand. Clarity is kindness.

Do you offer free estimates?

Always, and there's no pressure. Reach out through our contact page or give us a call, and we'll set up a time to see the space and talk through what you have in mind.
